Vanessa Bryant is honoring her late husband Kobe Bryant on his birthday.
The 43-year-old wife of the late NBA player shared a selfie to her Instagram on Saturday (August 23) to remember him on what would have been Kobe‘s 47th birthday.
Kobe and his daughter Gianna were tragically aboard the helicopter that crashed in Calabasas in 2020. Kobe passed away in the crash at the age of 41 while Gianna tragically also passed at the age of 13.
More than five years since the crash, Vanessa is sharing a touching tribute to her late husband to celebrate his birthday.

Vanessa shared a selfie to her Instagram featuring herself giving her late husband a kiss on the cheek. In the caption, Vanessa wrote, “We love and miss you and Gigi so much. Sending our love to you. Happy birthday, baby.”
Vanessa previously honored Kobe‘s memory when she shared a collage to her Instagram, featuring a picture of Kobe on the basketball court stacked on best of a picture of their daughter, Capri, doing the same pose with a ball herself.
