Moriah Plath finally had a heart-to-heart with Veronica Peters on the new Welcome to Plathville episode — but did they make amends?
“I’ve been caught up in all the bridesmaid stuff and wild stuff, fun stuff going on,” Moriah, 23, said on the Tuesday, September 16, episode of the TLC series, referring to her sister Lydia Plath and Zac Wyse’s wedding.
Moriah noted that after the ceremony, she realized that Micah Plath’s girlfriend, Veronica, was hanging out in the cow pasture “quite a lot,” so she decided to go and invite her into the group despite not speaking to Veronica for months.
“If I’m the reason she’s out there, I want to make sure that she can come over and join us,” Moriah told the cameras. “I want to make sure that she doesn’t feel like she has to be there or is left out or not wanted with the rest of us.”
Micah, 24, chose to join Moriah for the discussion in case it went south.
“I was so angry because, like, I loved you pretty much just as much as Micah [so] for you to disappear — and it was at like the hardest point of my life — I was, like, f*** she doesn’t care,” Veronica told Moriah, referring to Moriah ghosting her after Veronica learned that Micah had cheated on her. (Micah confirmed his infidelity earlier this season, but said he and Veronica were working through it.)
Veronica confessed, “I still love you as a sister, but it hurts to love you because I guess I didn’t know who you were.”

“I did kind of disappear off of the face of the earth for a while. And I’m so sorry that I did that. I knew you and Micah were going through stuff and I didn’t know how to help,” Moriah responded. “Then I felt like I was just hurting more than helping and there’s nothing I could do.”
Veronica and Moriah were at odds earlier this season, after the Plaths claimed that Veronica was trying to stir the pot by bringing up concerns over Moriah’s toxic immediately-ex boyfriend.
Moriah wrote Veronica a letter apologizing for her part in everything, but Veronica continued to have issues with her and the rest of the family, whom she alleged called her a “liar” and attacked her character.
During Tuesday’s episode, Veronica told Moriah, “I’ve been so stuck on an eye for an eye. … It’s exhausting being angry.”

Micah, for his part, was shocked by the calmness of the conversation. “I’m honestly quite surprised this is going as well as it is because she told me that she literally doesn’t care about Moriah,” he said in a confessional. “She said she could have been killed by the cartel, and she wouldn’t even care.”
Moriah tried to reassure Veronica that she doesn’t want to “be the reason” she doesn’t feel like she fits in. Veronica said it wasn’t just Moriah who iced her out, their parents, Barry and Kim Plath, allegedly weren’t friendly and neither was their eldest brother, Ethan Plath, at the wedding.
The women ended on good terms, but when asked by producers if she would “rekindle” her friendship with Veronica, Moriah said, “No.”
“I really appreciate everything she said. I meant everything that I said. But if I’m going to be brutally honest, I’ve heard other things that she said to other people, and that’s like no, no, no, no, no. Nope, nope,” Moriah confessed. “I feel bad saying that, but it’s some, some people aren’t good for you.”
Not long after the wedding episode filmed in February, Veronica and Micah called it quits. Veronica confirmed their split via Instagram in July.
Welcome to Plathville airs on TLC Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET.
