When and where to series Brad Pitt’s adrenaline-pumping action drama

The wait is over for every motorsport fan as F1: The Movie is finally coming to digital streaming platforms. Directed by Joseph Kosinski and co-written along with Ehren Kruger, the high-octane drama features Brad Pitt in an intense tale of redemption, rivalry, and second chances. F1 was released in cinemas on July 27, 2025, across the globe. According to reports, the film is not based on a real-life story, but it is inspired by the real world of Formula 1.

When and Where to series F1: The Movie

F1, the high-speed drama that features Brad Pitt as a racing icon, Sonny Hayes, becomes available to rent on digital platforms from August 22, 2025. The movie revolves around Sonny Hayes, one of the most promising drivers, who becomes the leader of an underperforming Formula 1 team. He guides a young driver, featuring high-adrenaline sequences involving racing with an emotional narrative. It will be available in English with a PG-13 rating. According to reports, the action thriller film will be available on retailer Prime Video.

And as an Apple Original movie, F1 will also call Apple TV+ its streaming home once it leaves theaters. While no official streaming date has been announced, initial reports indicate that it might land on the platform around three months after its release. Sometime in late September through early October of 2025.

The Movie has a current rating of 7.9/10 on IMDb.
