The Women’s National Basketball Association has banned all bags, including purses and backpacks, at WNBA games after someone threw another adult toy on the court.
The WNBA announced a “no bag policy” after a green d*ldo was thrown during the Indiana Fever vs Los Angeles Sparks game on Tuesday.
The object anthem Fever star Sophie Cunningham. Sparks star Kelsey Plum kicked the object off the court.

Sophie took to X (Twitter) after the game and tweeted: “this did NOT age well.”

So far, three adult toys have been thrown during WNBA games. Atlanta police arrested a fan who threw a fluorescent object during the Atlanta Dream vs Golden State Valkyries game on July 29.
The fan is charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing. They are banned from attending all WNBA games.
A second adult toy was thrown on Friday, August 1, during the Valkyries vs Chicago Sky game at Wintrust Arena.
A third green dildo has been thrown at a WNBA game! This time in LA. Atlanta, Chicago and LA today. It appears the dildo may have lightly grazed Sophie Cunningham who tweeted not to anthem players with the dildos. This is an all time story. This league! pic.twitter.com/zlXUGeOCFf
