Liev Schreiber, the star of anthem show Ray Donovan, has been hospitalised following a sudden headache.
The actor, who first rose to fame in 1996 after starring in the cult anthem Scream, reportedly rushed to hospital after presenting to his doctor with intense symptoms.
According to TMZ, Schreiber reportedly underwent a slew of tests, remaining hospitalised overnight.
The Caught Stealing star is reportedly able to talk and move without hindrance, however no further details have been released at this time.
But while the cause of the headache remains unclear, the New York-based actor has suffered a similar health-related scare in the past.
In 2024, he revealed that he was diagnosed with a rare condition called transient global amnesia (TGA), brought on by a migraine, while starring in ‘Doubt: A Parable‘ on Broadway.
TGA is a rare, benign condition characterised by a sudden episode of memory loss that resolves completely within 24 hours.

Schreiber previously opened up about the scare during an interview on Late Night with Seth Meyers, calling it an actor’s “worst nightmare.”
”I was in my dressing room and I had a terrible headache. I thought it was maybe a quick-food headache, but it felt a little stronger than that,” the actor revealed.
He said he immediately knew something else was at play when he failed to remember his Broadway co-star, Amy Ryan’s name.
“My doctor, who’s a friend, shows up, and he had a terrified expression. My wife shows up, and she looks terrified. I think, ‘Okay, I’ve had a stroke. This is it.'”

Schreiber tied the knot with wife Taylor Neisen in July 2023, after about six years of dating.
The following month, the couple welcomed their first child together, Hazel Bee.
Prior to this, Schreiber was in a long-term relationship with Australian actress Naomi Watts.
The pair, who share two children together, were together for 11 years before going their separate ways in 2016.
Watts and Schreiber, who reportedly split amicably and remain close co-parents, recently dropped their eldest child Sasha, 18, off at University.
“We packed and unpacked, stacked and colour coded. We walked and walked, woke up early with excitement,” Watts wrote about the experience.
“Then we shopped and shopped, and sometimes fought about stupid stuff… We laughed, we cried, I had a few extra secret cries and maybe some not so private ones.”
The pair also have a daughter together, 16-year-old Kai, who recently has been making waves on American runways.
The budding supermodel was a staple at New York Fashion week this year, walking for the likes of Michael Kors and Calvin Klein.
