Aubrey Plaza just worked with Ethan Coen on the upcoming movie Honey Don’t, which hits theaters in a couple weeks, and today she’ll be starring in a new Off-Broadway play that he wrote!
It was just announced that Aubrey will return to the New York stage in the upcoming Atlantic Theater Company production of the play Let’s Love.
Let’s Love! is a comedy, a trio of one acts, that explores love in all its miserable glory. The world is a confusing place and we are a confused people. But it’s easier to be confused together, so—let’s love!
The play will be directed by Atlantic’s artistic director Neil Pepe and the cast also includes Chris Bauer, Dylan Gelula, Dion Graham, Mary McCann, Nellie McKay, Noah Robbins, CJ Wilson, and Mary Wiseman.
The production begins performances on September 25 at the Linda Gross Theater in New York City ahead of an official opening night on October 15. The special run ends on November 9. Tickets are on pre-sale today for Atlantic members.
Back in 2023, Aubrey made her stage debut in the play Danny and the Deep Blue Sea.
