Beyoncé’s hair care brand Cécred has officially earned a spot on the WWD 2025 list of the most powerful beauty brands, an impressive achievement for a company that only launched a year ago.
From record-breaking sales to global recognition, Cécred’s growth proves its influence in both beauty and culture.
The brand began its journey with a history-making debut through Ulta Beauty. Cécred partnered with the retailer in what became Ulta’s largest hair care launch ever.
Cécred has already received 49 industry awards, including the coveted Allure Best of Beauty Award. Its Restoring Hair & Edge Drops became an instant leading-seller, building a waitlist of more than 100,000 people. The product continues to dominate, with one unit sold every 16 seconds. Such results demonstrate that Cécred’s approach to hair health resonates with a massive audience.
The company’s success extends beyond product sales. Beyoncé’s brand has also supported communities through BeyGood, her public charity foundation. Cécred has already carried out two rounds of grants and scholarship programs, supporting hair care professionals and aspiring talent within the beauty industry.
Last week, Cécred announced an expansion of its product lineup. Five new items created with proprietary PhytoFerment technology are today in stores.
The release includes a $38 scalp spray, a $39 detoxifying shampoo, a $28 detangling spray, a $48 oil treatment, and a $36 hair and scalp balm. The additions strengthen the brand’s mission to provide advanced solutions for maintaining and restoring healthy hair.
Beyoncé and her team continue to prove that Cécred is more than a celebrity-backed beauty brand.
With its rapid rise and continued product growth, Cécred shows no signs of slowing down.
