Name: Paul Davey
Position: Forward
Year: Senior
Number: 18
Height: 6’1”
Hometown: Greenwich, CT
Last Season: Davey didn’t see the ice last year for the Eagles and actually hasn’t skated in a game for the last two years. The last time he played was in the 2022-2023 season, when he skated in 8 games as a freshman without recording a point
Season Outlook: It’s hard to see a path to Davey being a major contributor on this year’s BC team, and the fact that he really hasn’t been able to crack Greg Brown’s lineup at all over the past two years really makes it feel like it’s an uphill battle for him. Still, Davey is a senior with some decent size and that end up being the kind of player can help fill out the bottom of the lineup, even if it isn’t necessarily on a nightly basis. If I had to guess, I’d say we’ll end up seeing Davey on the ice at some point this year in his senior season.
Fun Fact: Paul Davey played in an unconventional hockey market before coming to BC, skating in Iowa with the Des Moines Buccaneers of the USHL for two seasons before joining the Eagles.
