
Police are at the scene of a daytime double shooting in Boston’s Hyde Park neighborhood on Wednesday morning.
The shooting was reported shortly after 10 a.m. on Faraday Street, Boston police said.
They said they responded to a report of a person shot in the area of 118 Faraday St. and found two victims, a man and a woman, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Officers provided medical aid to both victims on scene until Boston EMS arrived. They were both taken to local hospitals for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
Due to the severity of the injuries, Boston police homicide detectives responded to the scene and are leading the investigation.
Aerial footage showed police tape surrounding a building, and shot markets in the street located near a vehicle.
