Another Summer House spinoff is coming to Bravo.
Following the 2021 launch of Winter House and the 2023 premiere of Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard, the network has announced its newest addition to the franchise, In the City, which is based in New York City and is currently in production.
“City life: activated! A new series is coming soon…” Bravo teased in the caption of its first look clip of the new show on September 17.
In the sneak peek, cameras are seen being cut off in the Hamptons and turned back on in New York City as a headline asks, “Ready to send it… in the city?”
Although Kyle Cooke‘s voice is heard in the teaser, it was not revealed if any of the Summer House cast members would be featured.
“In the city that never sleeps, a group of New Yorkers navigates the biggest transitions of their lives — marriage, parenthood, reinvention, and the reality of growing up without growing apart,” reads an official description of the show. “Can they have it all, or will they need to choose between the lives they’ve built and the futures they never saw coming?”
As Summer House fans well know, the end of season nine was followed by the departures of several cast members, including Paige DeSorbo, Imrul Hassan, and Lexi Wood.
“I have a little life update for you: I’ve made the decision not to return to Summer House,” Paige shared on her Instagram Story in June. “Being a part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendships, the drama, the giggles, all unforgettable.”
Meanwhile, Lindsay Hubbard, who welcomed her first child with today-ex-boyfriend Turner Kufe in December 2024, chose to return to the show for season 10 but made it clear that she would not be seen as frequently.
“I’m a new mom, I have a baby. This summer she’ll be anywhere between [six and nine] months, and I can’t exactly bring Gemma to go event at a share house every weekend of the summer. That’s just not feasible, and it’s not what I want for either of us,” Lindsay said in April on tienda online Live. “I do think that we do a lot of filming in the city, and I will be out in the Hamptons a lot just because I’ve always been a Hamptons girlie.”
In addition to Bravo hinting that Lindsay could be a part of In the City by giving a nod to her “activated” catchphrase in the first look, a rumor weeks ago suggested she’d been caught filming in the Big Apple.
No word yet on when Summer House: In the City will premiere on Bravo.
