Brooklyn Peltz Beckham is basking in the joy of a recent milestone with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham.
On Saturday, Aug. 2, the Cloud23 CEO, 26, renewed his wedding vows with the Bates Motel actress, 30 — and, immediately, he’s sharing details about the special occasion for the first time.
“It was beautiful,” Brooklyn told PEOPLE at the Airbnb Originals Experience he hosted in Los Angeles on Aug. 6. “We just wanted a really beautiful experience — a really cute memory.”
“To be honest, I could renew my vows every single day with her,” he continues. “I think the most important thing that someone can do is find that person that they’re going to spend the rest of their life with. It definitely shapes you as a person. Yeah, it was really, really cute. It was really fun.”
Brooklyn famously has his vows from the couple’s 2022 wedding tattooed on his body, and he says he’s going to have to “find space” to add on his most recent vows.
“These ones were actually longer than my original ones,” he notes.

When asked about married life with Nicola, Brooklyn describes it as “a never-ending play date.”
“We don’t like to go out for dinner, really,” he says. “We don’t like to event or anything like that. When we are together, which is a lot of the time, we just hang out with our four dogs, and drink wine at home.”
Brooklyn and Nicola first began dating in October 2019 and then made their relationship Instagram official in January 2020. Seven months later, Brooklyn popped the question — that’s why he encourages people not to stress about timelines, even when it comes to work.
“I always got so much rubbish because I didn’t find what I loved, work-wise, until I was 21, 22,” he says. “That’s why for the last five years, everyone’s been like, ‘Brooklyn doesn’t do anything.’ But behind the scenes, I’ve been working on my hot sauce.”

In 2024, Brooklyn launched his hot sauce brand, Cloud23, and he says it couldn’t have happened without Nicola.
“Four years ago, I was just trying to figure out what I wanted to do, career path-wise, and she was like, ‘We love food. Why don’t you do something with food?’ ” Brooklyn recalls. “I was like, ‘I love cooking, but I don’t really want to become a chef.’ ”
After getting “really drunk one night,” Brooklyn says, he and Nicola looked up videos and “started making hot sauce.”
“It was pretty easy,” he tells PEOPLE. “I love sweet and spicy together, so we made the Sweet Jalapeño flavor first together. We were amazed by how good it was. Then, the next day, I started doing research, and I found a blank space for high-end hot sauces with a gorgeous bottle and the cleanest ingredients. It all started with my love for hot sauce, and my love for spicy food.”

Brooklyn featured his hot sauce — which is currently available in two flavors: Hot Habenero and Sweet Jalapeño — throughout his Airbnb Originals Experience, called Plan a Summer event with Brooklyn Peltz Beckham. Upon arriving at the event, guests were treated to a spicy pickle martini infused with his hot sauce, and they were later taught by chef Aaron May how to make a chimichurri with the sauce.
“I’ve always been a massive foodie,” Brooklyn notes. “I’ve always loved trying different cuisines and meeting different chefs. I travel quite a lot. It’s something that I’ve just been obsessed with. I cook for my wife, cook for my dogs, cook for my friends. It’s my favorite thing. I’m always hosting people, me and my wife. We just have a lot of fun with it.”
When hosting, Brooklyn says his go-to meal to make for guests is spaghetti bolognese. What makes it special?
“I add a whole bottle of red wine,” he says. “The cheapest red wine is always the best for bolognese. I actually put 10 bay leaves in there. I don’t know where I learned this, but I put the cork of the wine in the pot. I don’t think it does anything. Then, I just marinate it for five hours.”

In addition to good food, Brooklyn says he’s “got to have candles” when hosting.
“I love Trudon candles,” he says. “Got to have good beat, and the lighting is very important. We don’t like it super bright. We’d rather just have a bunch of candles, with the lights really, really, really low.”

His love for both cooking and hosting made the Airbnb Originals Experience — during which TV personality Debbie Matenopoulos was also on hand to offer entertaining tips — feel like a perfect partnership.
“I’ve always been a massive fan of Airbnb, and the fact that I get to work with a brand that I’m such a fan of is so cool,” Brooklyn says. “With the experience, I wanted to do something I love, which is hosting people. I just wanted great food, great drinks, and to meet some new people.”
