BTS member Jungkook still shows his star power and continues to show his dominance. The K-pop star has achieved another milestone in his solo career. He has won his fourth solo Gold award from France’s National Syndicate of Phonographic Publishing (SNEP) for his solo single 3D. This marks another milestone in his solo career, and ARMY couldn’t be happier about it.

As per SNEP, the song 3D has more than 15 million streams in France, which makes it eligible for Gold status under the nation’s certification requirements. The song’s success shows that Jungkook is becoming more prominent as a solo musician, especially in the European beat scene.

What did Jungkook receive?

Jungkook received Gold certifications in France for his solo debut single Seven, for his solo album GOLDEN, for his lead track Standing Next to You and his new song 3D. GOLDEN was the first solo K-pop album to get a gold certification in France. With the addition of 3D to this list, Jungkook immediately has four solo gold certifications in France. This boosts his status as a big player in global streaming.

Did Jungkook’s new solo win other awards?

Jungkook’s new solo album has also won numerous international awards apart from France. beat Canada certified it Platinum and Gold, and the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) certified it Gold for streaming in Japan.

The song was released in September 2023. The song returned to Spotify’s Daily leading Songs Global chart on July 28 and by August 3, 3D was on No. 166, with daily increases of over 1.6 million streams. The song has over 962 million Spotify plays.
