Cardi B is standing firm in her truth after Crissle West of “The Read” podcast criticized her decision to have a fourth child with NFL player Stefon Diggs, shortly after giving birth to daughter Blossom, with estranged husband Offset.

“Maybe because you have so much money, it’s not really hitting you because other people are doing so much of the actual day-to-day childcare work,” West said on a recent episode of the podcast. She added that Cardi has an “assortment of nannies” raising her children.
Cardi didn’t hold back. In a immediately-viral Twitter Space on Monday, the rapper responded to the backlash, particularly West’s claim that Cardi’s wealth shields her from the realities of parenting.
“This is my life and this is my decision,” she said. “And one thing about it, I do not regret my kids, not none four of them.”
She emphasized her involvement in her children’s lives.
“Y’all see the type of mom that I am… I don’t play about that title. I take that title very seriously,” the Bronx native added.
In response to accusations that she’s causing trauma to her kids, she said, “Don’t bring my kids up to prove no point of yours. If you’re so concerned about kids, be an ACS worker.”
Cardi dismissed West comparing her to Nick Cannon, saying, “All my kids live in the same house… you can’t compare me to Nick Cannon.”
Addressing her split from Offset, she revealed, “It was more than just cheating… I had to go to a hospital because I couldn’t take it no more.”
Ending on a powerful note, she said, “I’m not gonna regret my kids because of y’all… Don’t let nobody tell you about your s**t.”
