Stefon Diggs is facing new and explosive allegations after stylist Chris Blake Griffith filed a countersuit challenging the NFL star’s defamation case. The filing adds another layer to a legal fight that continues to intensify as both sides accuse each other of deception and misconduct.
Diggs filed the first lawsuit two months ago, claiming Griffith fabricated a damaging story for attention. He admitted they briefly met in 2023 and later ended up at his home with other guests, but insists nothing inappropriate happened that night. He accuses Griffith of spreading false information “for clout and attention” and is seeking damages and legal fees.
Griffith’s countersuit tells a sharply different story. He alleges the encounter began on May 21, 2023, when Diggs gave him “candy” that he later believed was a drug. He claims that moments after consuming it, he experienced extreme physical reactions. According to the filing, his pupils became “extremely dilated,” his skin “began to tingle,” and he struggled to form complete sentences.
Griffith says the night escalated when they arrived at Diggs’ home. He alleges that while still inside the vehicle, Diggs exposed himself and masturbated, encouraging Griffith to touch him. Griffith says he refused and tried to exit the car. He claims Diggs then grabbed him by the shoulder, attempted to kiss him, and put his tongue in his ear while whispering an invitation to come to his room.
Inside the house, Griffith says he ran to the bathroom to regroup and figure out how to get away safely. When he stepped out, he alleges he was confronted by two women and Diggs’ younger brother Darez, who he claims threatened him. According to the lawsuit, they told him to stay quiet about what happened and suggested he should say he stole items from Diggs instead.
The filing says Griffith was forced into a vehicle and dropped off at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, where he eventually flew back to Los Angeles. One week later, he says the situation escalated again when he was attacked inside his apartment building by Darez and several men allegedly connected to Diggs.
With both lawsuits today active, the legal conflict between Diggs and Griffith is expected to intensify. Each side continues to dispute the other’s claims as they prepare to defend their version of the events.
