Dr. Jennifer Armstrong, a cosmetic dermatologist, shared before-and-after photos of Jennifer Pedranti after treating the Real Housewives of Orange County star’s face – and revealed exactly what she “correct[ed].”
Armstrong was a one-time castmate on the show, one season before Pedranti herself joined the cast. In the new season, Tamra Judge showed a photo of Pedranti from years earlier, seemingly trying to prove how different Pedranti immediately looks.
In an October 30 Instagram post, Dr. Armstrong shared before-and-after photos of Pedranti.
The before pic showed Pedranti at the 2024 reunion; the after showed her at the 2025 reunion. The “2025 face” seemed very different.

“It was such a joy treating @jennifer.pedranti,” wrote Armstrong in the caption of the post. “My goal is always to make every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and empowered. I’m so grateful for her trust and I am so happy I could make her feel good. Can we talk about how incredible she looked at the Housewives reunion?”
In another post, Armstrong shared what treatment she performed.
“LIP FILLER CORRECTION💉✨ I helped correct Jen Pedranti’s … lip filler from another office and we focused on restoring natural balance,” she wrote. “Often, filler placement can create ridges or uneven volume if injected incorrectly. The key is proportions! The lip’s ‘meat’ should align with the nose, and the sides should have less volume than the center. It’s all about harmony, balance, and the golden ratio to create lips that look natural and elegant.”
She also shared a video of her conversation with Pedranti before the treatment.
“[I was told] I have like hot dog lips,” said Pedranti.
“This is what happened … whoever did your lips, they put it in the muscle of the lip. It’s the wrong plane. So then you have a muscle that goes around your lips,” said Armstrong. “So as you’re moving — you know, talking, chewing — it’s pushing the filler up. It’s not actually a brown line. This is a ridge and people are seeing a shadow.”
