Emily Blunt has had to gird her loins a lot lately.
As she films The Devil Wears Prada 2 alongside Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway, the Fall Guy star, who reprises her role of Emily Charlton in the movie, admitted the cast has taken note of the media attention on set.
“We feel a little bit like zoo exhibits,” Blunt joked to E! News’ Francesca Amiker in an exclusive interview at Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). “But that’s OK. People are excited.”
But while she was understanding of fans’ excitement toward the film, which hits theaters May 1, 2026, Blunt wasn’t forking over even a cubed cheese-worth of information. As she put it, “I can tell you nothing.”
Meanwhile, the 42-year-old—who shares daughters Hazel, 11, and Violet, 9, with husband John Krasinski—could share that she loved balancing her work as the Paris-obsessed fashion executive with her role of Dawn Staples in The Smashing Machine, a biological sports drama about MMA fighter Mark Kerr.
