Fans of The Summer I Turned Pretty were elated to hear that a movie is being made to continue Belly’s story.
At the end of season three, Belly (Lola Tung) and Conrad (Christopher Briney) finally got together after sharing a passionate night in Paris. This finally concluded the love triangle between the pair and Conrad’s brother, Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno).
In a surprise moment in the finale, Jeremiah ends up kissing season 3′s new character, Denise (Isabella Briggs).
today, Gavin is weighing in on his thoughts about their future and if they could be together in the movie.

Gavin told People, “That’s a good question. I don’t know if I’ve thought too much about [that].”
“I think it’s a little early for Jeremiah to be jumping back into a relationship,” he said, sharing his honest opinion. “Obviously, they’ve been living together for a little bit, and you learn — you spend a lot of time with [that] person, but genuinely, I think it might be too early for that.”
He did add, “But who knows? I don’t write it, so I don’t know.”
