GloRilla & Her Family Say They Were Treated Like Suspects After V*olent Home Invasion:
GloRilla is pushing back after her arrest, insisting she and her family were the true victims of a v*olent break-in at her Georgia home.
The rapper, born Gloria Woods, was performing in Indianapolis during WNBA All-Star Weekend when three armed men broke into her Forsyth County residence. A family member fired sh*ts at the intruders before they fled.
“I feel like me, and my brother and sister, we were victims in this situation,” Woods said to WSB-TV. “But somehow, they’re trying to paint us out to be suspects, and I just feel like it’s all the way wrong.”
Authorities later discovered mar*juana inside the home, leading to a felony charge. Her attorney Drew Findling called the response “unconscionable,” adding, “Over $700,000 of items were stolen from her home, and so her brother and sister naturally called the police when this was all going on.”
Woods surrendered voluntarily, bonded out the same day, and says she is weighing her own investigation.
