The wrestler made a change to his will in 2023, removing the 37-year-old reality TV star and singer.
Hulk executed the will in 2016, and made amendments the few years, with the last being almost exactly two years to the day prior to his death.
In the final amendment, as obtained by Us Weekly, Hulk removed Brooke as beneficiary of the estate.
“Under no circumstances shall Brooke E. Bollea or any descendants of Brooke E. Bollea be considered a beneficiary or my last will and testament, and any reference in this last will and testament to my children or lineal descendants shall not include Brooke E. Bollea and the descendants of Brooke E. Bollea,” reads the amendment, which also adds that Brooke and her family are not allowed to be representatives of his estate, either.
As it was previously reported, Brooke actually requested to be removed from the will in 2023.
