
Passengers moving through Logan International Airport’s Terminal E may already be seeing signs that a major construction project is about to get underway.
Construction and development firm Skanska, which has worked on several large projects with the Massachusetts Port Authority, has a few shovels in the ground on what will be a more than five-year, $450 million project that will change the parking and roadways at the airport’s main international terminal.
