Wednesday Netflix: The second installment of Netflix’s popular series Wednesday” has returned, and although it continues to lead the charts, the viewing figures reveal a more complex picture. Early in September, the last four episodes of Season 2 Part 2 were made available on the site, garnering 28.2 million views in their first five days. This represents a 43.6% decrease from Part 1, which debuted in August and had 50 million views within the same time frame.
Wednesday tops Netflix chart despite view dip
The show, which starred Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams, ranked first on Netflix’s English-language TV chart for the week of September 1–7, despite the drop in views. With a solid ranking of No. 6, Season 2 Part 1 demonstrated ongoing interest in the series overall.
The slow pace for Part 2 can be due to some people waiting to see all of the episodes at once. After a more extensive marketing campaign for Part 1, some might not be aware that the further episodes are today accessible.

Netflix has not yet addressed whether plans for a third season may be impacted by the decline in viewing.
Walter Boys joins Netflix top with Season 2
Following Wednesday, Season 2 of “My Life With the Walter Boys” ranked second with 10.9 million views in its second week. The romantic adolescent drama’s first season also entered the leading ten, peaking at No. 5 with 3.5 million views.
The British exclusive series ‘Hostage’ came in third, followed by the docudrama ‘Katrina: Come Hell and High Water.’
KPop Demon Hunters nags 25.4M views
On the movie list, “Unknown Number: The High School Catfish” topped with 26.3 million views, followed by “KPop Demon Hunters,” an animated action flick, with 25.4 million views. With 18.7 million views, the “The Thursday Murder Club” movie came in third.
