K. Michelle is officially off the market. The 43-year-old country track singer confirmed her marriage to Dr. Kastan Sims.
K. Michelle also revealed the couple still plans to celebrate with an official wedding for friends and family.
She shared shared intimate videos of their love story on social media. In one video the lovebirds are seen dancing and enjoying the vibe at a private headphone event.
K. Michelle admitted they first met in junior high school and it took him years to commit to marriage.
She captioned the post:
“See I don’t usually do this. Thank you Dr. Sims. I love you and I’m happy to be your wife. I know I’ve driven you insane but I’m worth it. It’s time to plan a wedding. Who would’ve thought. Been in love with you since Junior High School.”
Fans speculated about K. Michelle and Dr. Sims for years. He first surfaced with K. Michelle in 2016 when bloggers speculated about their romance. By 2020, K. Michelle’s spoke of her dreams of having twin daughters through IVF.
The rumors peaked when they appeared on “Marriage Bootcamp” together. But there was no official confirmation of their union until this week.
