“I had never met anyone like him before,” the Kode with Klossy founder gushed. “He was such a kind man. I would have never imagined that I would meet the love of my life at 19. Because we met so young, we’ve been through so much together and really grown together. I think that’s also part of why our partnership is so solid.”
Beyond her husband of nearly seven years, her two kids have also inspired her to approach life in a new way.
“In a lot of ways, having kids has sort of been a forcing function of prioritization,” she explained. “I’ve always been somebody that’s done a lot. It’s in my blood to be busy and be a productive person. But immediately going on to my third child, a lot of things have fallen into place—like what matters most to me, and what I’m willing to compromise for and what I’m not.”
