There were speculations about the comedian Kiku Sharda leaving The Great Indian Kapil Show after a video of him fighting with his co-star, Krushna Abhishek, went viral. In the video, Kiku could be heard saying, “Timepass kar raha hu?” To this, Krushna replied, “Toh phir thik hai aap karlo. Aap karlo, bhai, koi problem nahi hai. Main jata hu yaha se.” This led to questions about Kiku leaving the show being raised by netizens. In order to address the rumors and clarify their side, Kiku posted a black-and-white photo of himself and Krushna. He captioned it, “Yeh bandhan kabhi nahi tootega” (This bond will never break).
How Did The Rumors Start?
A BTS video of the classic comedy duo went viral. In the video, they could be seen arguing with each other. The heated exchange led to conversations about Kiku Sharda leaving the show. However, the conversation ended with them reconciling. Krushna told Kiku, “I love you and respect you; I don’t want to raise my voice.” Kiku also responded that the video was being misinterpreted.
Kiku’s Clarification To The Rumors
Addressing the rumors , Kiku took to Instagram, where he posted a black-and-white photo of the duo. In the photo, both of them are standing together with fingers on their lips and captioned it, “Don’t fall for all this gossip and rumors that I’ve left The Great Indian Kapil Show. I’ll always be a part of the show and this parivaar.”
He also mentioned in the caption that the fight was a prank.
Fans replied to the post with relief. The comments ranged from, “You two are the best” to “I knew it was a prank from the start.”
