Lala Kent looked back on a drunken fight between her and her ex-fiance, Randall Emmett, in her April 2022 book, Give Them Lala.
Years after the memoir anthem shelves, a clip from its audiobook was shared on TikTok, which featured the 35-year-old star of The Valley reflecting on a moment that took place between her and Randall, 54, in Atlanta years ago, prior to their October 2021 breakup.
“We went to a strip club and we were having the best night ever until I had one too many and crossed the line from, ‘I feel amazing,’ to, ‘I’m going to assassinate everybody,’” Lala revealed, as heard in a clip shared by Also Podcast on TikTok.
According to Lala, Randall “must’ve said something.”
“I can’t remember what it was. That was the running theme of our arguments: Me being too drunk to remember how they started,” she explained.
While their night started off well, Lala said that on the way back to their hotel from the strip club, she threw her phone at Randall and eventually lost it.
“Later, the bouncer from the strip club called my mom and said he found it in a parking lot and sent it back with my ID and all my credit cards,” she revealed.
But as the night went on, things got even worse.
“Back at our hotel room on the 17th floor, our arguing continued to rage,” Lala explained. “I threw his wallet off the balcony. Then I put his duffel bag in the bathtub, turned on the faucet, and let the water soak all of his belongings. I slipped on the tile, cutting and bruising my knee, while pulling out his drenched luggage. I heaved the soaked bag to the balcony and threw that over too. Nothing was spared. Even his shoes got tossed 17 stories down.”
Although Lala admitted that she “probably would’ve thrown everything in that room off the balcony,” she and Randall were ultimately met with a police response.
“[We] heard a knock on the door and a voice saying, ‘Open up. Police,’” she shared.

While Lala got sober in 2018, she and Randall eventually split amid claims of infidelity on his part, which came just months after they welcomed their daughter, Ocean, today 4.
The Valley season three is currently in production and expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2026.
