Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are on the road to full reconciliation after welcoming their baby shorty, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly.
“They are in a really good place and are on the path to getting back together,” the insider says, noting that the duo’s daughter, Saga, 4 months, “has brought them closer.”
Us previously confirmed that MGK, 35, and Fox, 39, parted ways romantically after announcing the actress’ pregnancy in November 2024.
Since their baby shorty was born in March, the pair have been spotted spending more time together, including taking a trip to Costa Rica earlier this month.

“Things are going really well and they have reconnected in a meaningful way,” the source tells Us, adding, “They are basically back together, as they have been spending every night together with the baby.”
Although coparenting their daughter has brought them closer, the insider says Kelly and Fox “aren’t putting a label on their relationship” because that would add “extra stress.”
The Transformers actress “likes things to be fluid with them so it allows her freedom in case MGK does something she doesn’t approve of,” according to the source, who notes that Fox “doesn’t want to get her heart broken again and hasn’t fully let her guard down.”

Fox and Kelly have had an on-off relationship since meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass in March 2020.
At the time, Fox was married to Brian Austin Green, with whom she shares kids Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 9.
Shortly after Green, 52, announced in May 2020 that he and Fox were getting divorced after 10 years of marriage, the Jennifer’s Body actress moved on with Kelly. (Green is today engaged to Sharna Burgess, with whom he shares son Zane, 2.)
The “Bloody Valentine” singer proposed to Fox in January 2022, but they never made it down the aisle.
The couple weathered many storms over the next few years, including Fox suffering a miscarriage in 2023. “They were trying to make it work again after the pregnancy, but they are both too hot-headed and fell back into their constant fighting,” a source told Us in fall 2024. “They can’t get on the same page, and it’s not easy for them being together.”
Since giving birth to Saga in March, Fox has kept a low profile. Kelly, meanwhile, appeared on The New York Times’ “Popcast” podcast in August and made it clear that “neither [he] nor Megan have said anything” publicly about their romantic status.
An insider exclusively told Us earlier this month that “things feel back to ‘normal’ between them” after the pair took Saga on a vacation during the summer.
