
Max Ehrich was arrested in Florida this week.
The 34-year-old Daytime Emmy-nominated actor found himself in some legal trouble on Tuesday night (October 7), when he was arrested for battery on a person 65 or older, according to TMZ.

Per law enforcement sources, the charge reportedly involves domestic violence on a family member.
TMZ reports he posted the $1,000 bond and was released from jail the following day.
Max‘s arrest comes on the heels of many Instagram posts which have drawn concern from followers over his behavior. His lost post is a Notes screenshot saying, “My heart is broken :(,” which was posted the day of his arrest.
Other recent posts have included FaceTime screenshots with various friends and family members, more Notes screenshots, and even a video in the car with his dad driving.
Max is most well-known for playing Fenmore Bladwin on The Young and the Restless from 2012 to 2015. His other roles have included Shake It Up, Ugly Betty, Under the Dome, 100 Things to Do Before High School and his most recently released movie Southern Gospel.
He also drew headlines a few years ago for his brief engagement to Demi Lovato.
