NBA veteran Chris Bosh is facing explosive claims from his former personal assistant, who says the Hall of Famer and his wife Adrienne, created a work environment so hostile it left her mentally and emotionally wrecked.
In a newly filed lawsuit, Olga Kirpicheva accuses the couple of everything from verbal abuse to ignoring sexual harassment and even covering up an alleged assault.
Kirpicheva, who joined the Bosh household in 2017, says Adrienne routinely berated her and fostered a culture of intimidation. Things worsened when a male relative on the family payroll allegedly began sexually harassing her, making vulgar comments and pressing his body against hers. Despite being aware, the lawsuit claims the Boshes did nothing.
The complaint also details a 2022 incident during a trip to Indiana for Bosh’s youth basketball camp. Kirpicheva says a camp coach forced his way into her hotel room and assaulted her. She alleges Chris deliberately avoided her attempts to report the incident.
After resigning, Kirpicheva says she was locked out of a Bosh-owned apartment, forcing her to go to court to retrieve her passport and other essential documents. During that time, she claims her identity was stolen and used in multiple fraud attempts.
The Boshes have denied all allegations and argue that Kirpicheva consented to certain actions and acted improperly during her employment. Kirpicheva is immediately seeking damages, including compensation for emotional distress and unpaid wages.
