Sports Illustrated model Olivia Ponton is opening up about her dating life!
The 23-year-old model and TikTok star has been linked to Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrows, 28. They were first linked back in December 2024 when she called in a burglary at his Ohio home.
Though the rumored couple has never confirmed their relationship, they were spotted together again in May 2025.

Olivia spoke to Elite Daily recently and when asked about what makes a good partner, she said, “Ask yourself ‘Does this person have the same values as me? Do I see myself going to them for advice?’ If not, I don’t really know if that’s your person. You should have similar morals.”
When it comes to dating, she says it’s important to “try not to care about whether they like you. You should be thinking, ‘Do I like them?’ You need to flip that switch in your brain. For me, if someone starts to play a game, I’m just like, ‘Well, you lost me. Goodbye.’”
The influencer was previously in a relationship with Kio Cyr and they did share their relationship on social media. Her reflection on that might explain why she and Joe haven’t been as open.
Speaking to the outlet about that part of her life, Olivia said, “When we were together, I was like, ‘Oh, you guys care about this just as much as I do. Yay.’ But then, when we broke up, I was really shocked by how much people cared. After that, I was like, ‘Never again.’”
