Simon Guobadia’s divorce attorney has placed a $200,000 lien on his Sandy Springs, Georgia house.
Simon is accused of failing to pay a $200,000 debt owed to his divorce lawyer, Us Weekly reports.
Porsha and Simon were married on November 25, 2022. She filed for divorce in February 2024. The divorce was finalized in June and Simon was deported back to his native Nigeria that same month after being detained by ICE.

Simon’s divorce attorney, Onyema Farrey, says Simon left the country without paying his legal bills.
On June 10, Farrey filed an attorney’s lien against his 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 15,000 square foot home, worth an estimated $7.3 million. Porsha currently lives in the home with her daughter for 36 months.
Farrey says Simon owed $205,884.25 for legal services provided during the bitter divorce battle. Farrey wants a judge to force sale of the house to settle the debt.

Simon was ordered to pay Porsha $40,000 a month in spousal support for 14 months. But he hasn’t paid a dime since he left the U.S.
Porsha has 36 months to refinance the mortgage to remove Simon’s name or sell the home. If she decides to sell the home, she will have to pay Simon 50 percent of the home’s equity.
Simon has said he will file an appeal to overturn the judge’s decision. But he has no rights since he was deported out of the country.
If Porsha can’t pay Simon’s debt, she will be forced to move out of the house.
