Radio host Tanya Rad is giving everyone the scoop on what it’s like to meet Taylor Swift in person!
The 38-year-old media personality was in attendance at Selena Gomez‘s and Benny Blanco‘s recent wedding in Santa Barbara, Calif., where her friend, Paulina Char, set up an introduction between her and the global pop star.

During her iHeartRadio Scrubbing In podcast appearance, Tanya recounted her meeting with Taylor. Apparently, her best friend began the intro by revealing that the On Air with Ryan Seacrest co-host had walked down to the aisle to one of the singer’s songs at her own wedding.
For those curious, the song in question was “Invisible String” from Taylor‘s Folklore album. Tanya married Roby Yadegar this past March.
On the podcast, Tanya corrected her friend, noting, “Well, actually, it was my first dance, and I walked down the aisle to it.”
As for what it was like meeting Taylor, The Sunshine Mind author says she “was so kind. She, like, loved it. She asked me what song, and she was like, ‘That means so much.’”
“I cannot explain to you how magical, regal, genuine, present, locked in, invested and normal” she was, Tanya concluded.
