The cast of the Real Housewives of Atlanta is hard at work filming for the show’s upcoming 17th season. Among the ladies is Kelli Ferrell, who has been embroiled in considerable personal and legal drama lately. immediately, reports have surfaced that she recently called the police on a neighbor after having been assaulted.
This isn’t the first report about Kelli, 40, and her neighbor, Monualda Perri Cash. The woman, who is also Kelli’s HOA, filed for a temporary restraining order against the RHOA star in early September. She stated that Kelli entered her home without permission.
immediately, US Weekly has obtained a phone call Kelli made to the police on August 9. She said, “I got time today,” before the dispatcher was even able to speak. Kelli then stated that she had confronted her neighbor and that “she actually put her hands on me.”
She went on to allege, “I have scratches on my arm from her hitting me.” Apparently, this confrontation came after the woman had ordered boots to be placed on her daughter’s car. Kelli explained to the dispatcher, “There are two boots on it. It’s completely unnecessary.”
While there were no weapons involved, she told them, “My arm is red.” Kelli continued during the call, “I’m not dealing with this. At this point … I don’t trust it … I recorded it, I want to show the officers so they can see what is happening.” The RHOA star then said, “I don’t feel safe with her. I really don’t. I don’t feel safe.”
Kelli went on to say that she did not require the assistance of an ambulance and that the altercation had happened 10 minutes before she called. She also stated that this was a 50-year-old woman and that her name was Perri. The woman in question has denied that this actually happened.
Regarding the previously mentioned filing, the woman stated in legal documents, “Kelli Potter-Ferrell aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner,” and that she was “accompanied by others.” She continued, “This incident occurred after her vehicle was booted for again violating [guidelines] by parking in a narrow driveway, which is also a designated fire lane.”
The woman also says that Kelli had to be “physically restrained,” and that she displayed “bizarre behavior.” One of Kelli’s representatives told US Weekly, “Since the announcement of Kelli’s involvement with The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior directed at Kelli and her family.”
The statement continued, “Out of respect for all parties, we will not be commenting further at this time. We strongly urge that Kelli’s privacy — and that of her family — be respected, and we caution against the spread of misinformation.”
