Shah Rukh Khan was asked about his retirement plans during a recent Ask SRK session on X (formerly Twitter). Instead of giving a straightforward answer, SRK came back with a witty and confident response and wrote, ‘Bhai Tere sawaalon ka bachpana jab chala jaaye… Phir kuch acchha saa puchna! Tab tak temporary retirement mein reh please.’

The tweet where Shah Rukh Khan responded to a question about his retirement plans quickly gained a lot of attention online and went viral. Fans were full of praise for the 58-year-old actor’s quick-witted and sharp comeback. Lots of users commented on the post, appreciating how SRK always handles trolls with style and humour.
Interestingly, just minutes before making that witty response about retirement, Shah Rukh Khan had tweeted to a fan comparing the pain of a gym injury to the pain of reading trolls on X. To that the actor replied, ‘Dumbells and Action can break my bones…but words can never hurt me!! I am too busy listening to the track in my heart man.’
During the session, another user asked, ‘How do you feel after winning the national award? national award ya janta ka pyaar?’ SRK responded, ‘YAY!!!!! I feel like the King of the Nation!!! Too much honour and too much responsibility to try and excel and work harder!!’
