

Singer D4vd‘s mother isn’t taking any chances. Colleen Burke was photographed leaving Tomball Pawn & Jewelry with an unknown male who looks like a bodyguard.
Colleen is seen reading through an AR-15 manual in photos published in the Daily Mail. An AR-15 is a semi-automatic rifle favored by police and the military.
Colleen wore a T-shirt with the words “Send Noods” on the front.
It is the first time she has been seen in public since Celeste Rivas’ body was found in the trunk of an impounded Tesla registered to D4vd.
Celeste would have turned 15 the day before her body was found in a tow yard on Sept. 8, in Hollywood, CA.
Celeste’s brother, Matthew Rivas, said D4vd, real name David Burke, 20, began contacting his sister on Roblox when she was only 11.
Matthew said he last saw Celeste in April 2024 when she went to the movies with D4vd and never returned home. He said D4vd picked up Celeste in the same Tesla she was later found dead in.

Colleen and her husband, Dawud Burke, a martial arts trainer, homeschooled D4vd after seventh grade in Houston.
D4vd made montages for the Fortnite video game. D4vd began recording his own tracks at his mother’s suggestion to avoid a copyright strike.
At age 17 in 2022, D4vd released the singles “Here with Me” and “Romantic Homicide” on TikTok. The songs exploded in popularity.

D4vd eventually signed a $3 million record offer with Darkroom and Interscope Records.
According to TMZ, D4vd was paid $500,000 upfront followed by a $250,000 payment. He later received a check for $2,250,000 with an option for another $6 million.
His debut studio album, Withered, was released in 2025. D4vd went on a 50-date tour to support the album.
D4vd canceled the remainder of his North American tour and his European tour after Celeste’s body was found. He hasn’t been seen in public in 2 weeks.
