Tarek El Moussa and Christina Haack Celebrate Son Brayden’s First Day of 4th Grade
Tarek El Moussa is speaking out about his recent brush with the law.
Three months after receiving a citation for battery in Las Vegas following an incident involving an unnamed man and his dad, the Flip Off star broke his silence on the confrontation.
“It was just a really unfortunate incident,” he told Entertainment Tonight Sept. 16 in a joint interview with his wife Heather Rae El Moussa. “I was put in a really weird situation where I had to defend my dad.”
“Luckily, everything is okay,” he continued. “I think everything is gone today and done today.”
Tarek, 44, and Heather, 38, were in town with both of their parents for a speaking engagement when the altercation took place. At the time, a source emphasized to E! News that the reality star had not been arrested, adding, “He was protecting his elderly father.”
In bodycam footage taken moments after the interaction and obtained by ET, Tarek—who shares son Tristan, 2, with Heather as well as Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 10, with ex-wife Christina Haack—appeared to be in holding alongside his father, who sat solemnly while his son shared his version of events.
