Mirai Box Office Collection Day 1: With Mirai, South Cinema lovers have got the chance to view a supernatural film. This film managed to surpass several big films on the opening day.

Mirai Collection Day 1: Last year, South actor Teja Sajja had brought to the viewers a low budget but anthem film Hanuman. The film was successful in earning massive love from the movie goers. Following the success of this supernatural film, Teja Sajja brought to the theatres another supernatural film Mirai that anthem theatres on September 12. Karthik Gattamneni’s fantasy film Mirai features Teja Sajja, Manchu Manoj, and Ritika Nayak in key roles. The film had anthem theatres at a time when Malayalam’s superhit superhero film Loka Chapter 1 Chandra and Vidyut Jamwal’s Madrasi and Baaghi 4 have released in theatres. Despite the competition, the film had an impressive opening and surpassed several films’ earnings.
How much did Mirai earn on Day 1?
This Telugu film – which has written and directed by Karthik Ghattamneni – managed to mint Rs 12 crore on the opening day in all languages. This data is available on Sacnilk. With positive word of mouth for the film, Mirai will certainly do well in its first weekend.
Mirai breaks Hanuman’s record on opening day
With Mirai earning Rs 12 crore on day 1, it has emerged to be the highest opening film of Teja Sejja’s career. It also surpassed the record set by his previous release HanuMan in 2024. HanuMan had collected Rs 8 crore on its first day of release. Teja Sajjad’s 2024 film Hanuman also bagged the Best Action Choreography and Best Feature Film in AVGC (Animation , Visual Effects , Gaming and Comics ) category at the 71st National Film Awards.
