The full-length interview between Derek and news correspondent Linsey Davis will air tonight (Tuesday, September 9) on ABC News Live PRIME.
Ahead of its premiere, the network has shared a sneak peek featuring Derek explaining an alleged encounter that occurred between him and The Oval creator.
“I got into bed and then I noticed that he climbed into bed with me as well and started rubbing my leg. I jumped up out of bed,” Derek said.
He goes on to say, “Unless someone has been through something where they have their control over their bodies taken away you don’t really understand the kind of feelings that you get in that moment.”
Derek spoke out for the first time in July after filing a $260 million lawsuit in June.
Tyler has denied the allegations and his attorney previously called the claims a “scam.”
