There’s a new element being added to The Voice this season, and it’s called the “Carson Callback.”
The show’s official Instagram account provided a bit of clarity on host Carson Daly‘s new power.

“Sometimes I see great singers fall through the cracks, and I’ve never been able to do anything about it … until today,” Carson teased in a promo video, which confirms that “Carson surprises one no-chair creator with a shot to sing again during the Blind Auditions.” So, it looks like Carson will have the power to return a singer who did not get one of the coaches to turn their chairs around!
