A judge has ruled that Boston Properties Inc. can continue building part of AstraZeneca’s future Kendall Square lab tower on a neighboring property subleased by a Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. subsidiary, rejecting that company’s bid to halt the construction, Greg Ryan reports.
