ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — An Amber Alert in Northeast Ohio was canceled at 6:49 a.m. after Rocky River police say the missing 3-year-old girl was found safe.
Police say the suspect in the Amber Alert has been taken into custody. She’s identified as the child’s mother — 40-year-old Cathleen Marie Collins.
Although additional details are limited, police issued the Amber Alert after police say the child was last seen at 1:56 a.m. in the 19700 block of Riverwood Avenue in Rocky River.
